Technical advisory services for the acquisition of a 117 MWp agrivoltaic portfolio in Italy

We supported Verdian as technical advisor in the acquisition of a portfolio of three ready-to-build (RTB) agrivoltaic PV projects in Sicily, Italy, with a total installed capacity of 117 MWp.

Our scope included a comprehensive technical due diligence, covering all relevant technical aspects of the projects, including:

• Permitting, environmental and site conditions
• Grid connection
• Land agreements
• CAPEX and OPEX assumptions

We also conducted site visits and provided technical input on specific contractual clauses leading up to the signing of the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
